Zi Wu Men Yi Jin Jing

The Zi Wu Men Yi Jin Jing, with its history of more than 800 years, is an internal art form (neigong) comprising of a set of exercise co-ordinated with specific breathing techniques and mental concentration.

Practised diligently, it may improve and enhance the physical health dramatically. Yi Jin Jing literally means ‘Muscle and Tendon change classic’.  In the Zi Wu Men Yi Jin Jing tradition while practising the exercise, it reaps the essence from the sun and the moon. It is not unusual to notice the general body’s energy level, vitality and flexibility increasing.

Blood circulation and immunity may be enhanced as the practice nurtures the 12 meridian channels benefitting the inner organs, cleanses the marrow and nourishes the brain.

Because of its effectiveness, Zi Wu Men Yi Jin Jing is widely used for therapeutic purposes in China. Its movements are flowing and graceful, while at the same time intensive. The mind quiets down and the Yi (intention) and Li (strength) are unified.
